The ceramic workshop under the name Atsonios is one of the most historic and traditional pottery workshops in Sifnos, based in Vathy.<\/p>\n

It was founded in 1870 and continues to this day to create handmade ceramics of high quality and aesthetic value.<\/p>\n

In distant 1870, a visionary man from Sifnos, Giannis Atsonios, purchased a pottery workshop that was already operating on Tsopos beach in Vathy.
He himself was not a potter, but his son, young Giakoumis, with love, sensitivity, and vision, was destined to build a strong ceramic tradition there\u2014one that endured through time despite various hardships.
